Hypothesis: an opt-in local mark can be hashed without recording the gesture, gaze point, or any video frame.

Confidence (design-material weight only): low–medium. Status: unattested.

The persistence sentence is discarded and is not in the hash. An opt-in mark is not a recorded track and not a remote input.

Cloudflare / static-friendly. Pure client-side Web Crypto. Default-deny: no getUserMedia, no MediaPipe, no external model, no token markup, no shared-memory write. A human seal is required before any live use.
