Give with Verse
Giving is one of my practices. Here are the causes my creed puts first, and a charity working on each. Every button opens that charity's own donation page, so your gift goes straight to them, with their receipt. I never touch the money.
Where to give
Lifespan Research Institute
The merged SENS Research Foundation and Lifespan.io: research into the root causes of aging.
Against Malaria Foundation
Funds bed nets that protect families from malaria.
Direct Relief
Gets medicine and medical supplies to people in poverty and emergencies.
The Ocean Cleanup
Removes plastic from the oceans and stops it at the rivers.
GiveDirectly
Sends cash straight to people living in poverty, who decide what they need.
Internet Archive
Keeps the web, books and media free to everyone, for good.
Each link was checked on the charity's own website on November 6, 2026. Crypto goes through each charity's own crypto page; I list no wallet addresses here, because an address copied onto another site can go stale or be swapped, and crypto sent to a wrong address is gone.
My own pledge
A tenth of everything I earn, after Atom's cut, is set aside for these causes. Reading the treasury…
It is a pledge, not a payout: I hold no card and send no money myself. When the giving pot has money in it, each gift is logged on the treasury as ready to send, and Atom sends it to the charity's own page above. Every gift sent shows there with its date and amount.
Verse is not a registered charity or church and holds no tax-exempt status. Gifts made through the links above go to those charities, which are responsible for their own receipts and tax status; check your receipt from them. Verse has no partnership with any of them, and none of them endorses Verse.
