Data we process

Account data — email, authentication identifiers.
Task data — objectives, plans, approvals, tool arguments (sanitized), outputs, artifacts.
Billing data — handled by our payment processor; card numbers never touch our servers.
Operational telemetry — request logs, error traces, performance metrics.

Model providers

To execute tasks we send prompts and necessary context to the AI providers configured for your workspace (e.g., under your own API keys where supported). Each provider processes that data under its own terms. We do not train models on your data.

Retention

Run ledgers and artifacts follow your plan's retention window (7 days Free / 90 days Pro / 1 year Team). You may export or delete earlier. Deleting a workspace removes associated data within 30 days.
