Plan → Approve → Run → Ledger
Paste an objective, then three real advantages. Day one is Board and Ledger only. Pasting a Promise Ledger objective plans a census. It does not mean a Promise Ledger exists. Forge, Offers, Signal, and Optimize stay closed until you approve a run. FrostShare is a sample and is never copied into this vault.
You may paste a playbook objective (Hostile Mirror, Adversarial Twin, Promise Ledger, others). That plans the run. It does not create or claim a Twin, a Mirror, or a ledger. FrostShare stays out of this vault. Nothing is stored until Approve and run.
Surface Ledger board (after approve): census, CDX history (resume on 429), proof graph, claims, concordance, evaluator, surface-ledger.md, ledger.json, slack.notify pending — do not send. FrostShare does not appear on that board.
